An AC cleaning and servicing team built around one idea: do the hidden work properly, and show the customer exactly what was done.
CleaniXair began with a simple frustration. Again and again we saw air conditioners that had been “serviced” with a quick spray through the front grille — filters rinsed, coil untouched, drain still blocked. A few months later the same units were dripping, smelling and struggling to cool, and their owners were told they needed gas or a new compressor.
We decided to build a service around the work that actually keeps an AC healthy: opening the unit, washing the coil and blower properly, clearing the drain, measuring the gas and electrical side, and writing the results down. It takes longer than a quick spray. It also means fewer breakdowns, lower bills and customers who call us back because they trust what we tell them.
Today our technicians look after split and window air conditioners in flats, family homes, offices, shops and clinics. The method has not changed: careful work, honest readings and a clean room when we leave.
To keep every air conditioner we touch running clean, cool and efficient — and to make sure its owner understands what was done and why.
A city where AC servicing is trusted the way a good doctor’s check-up is trusted: measured, recorded and explained, never guessed.
Respect for your home, honesty about prices and faults, and pride in work most people never see — the inside of the unit.
Skill varies from person to person, so we rely on a written method instead. Every CleaniXair technician is trained in the same sequence of steps, from protecting the room to taking the final reading, and is checked on real jobs before working alone.
New technicians spend their first weeks assisting on cleaning, servicing and repair jobs.
They lead jobs while a senior technician checks each step and the readings.
Isolation, earthing, refrigerant handling and working at height are covered and tested.
Explaining faults clearly, giving prices before work and leaving the room tidy.
The same care applies whether it is a single bedroom unit or twenty units across an office floor. For businesses we plan visits around working hours, service units in batches so teams are never without cooling, and keep a record of every unit for the next visit.
Bedroom, living room and kitchen units.
Scheduled servicing with unit-by-unit records.
Extra cleaning for dust and kitchen grease.
Clean air and steady temperatures that matter.
These are written into every job sheet. If we miss one, tell us — it matters to us as much as it does to you.
