New split units and moves to a new room or home, fitted so they last: level brackets, correctly sized pipe, a proper vacuum, a leak test and a clean finish on your wall.
A brand-new air conditioner can still leak, drip and lose efficiency within its first year if it is installed in a hurry. The common shortcuts — skipping the vacuum, overtightening flare nuts, running the drain pipe uphill or mounting the outdoor unit in a heat trap — do not show up on day one, but they show up in the bill and in the repair calls later.
Our installation method is written down and the same for every job. It takes a little longer, and it is the reason our installations rarely need a callback.
We look at the wall, the power supply and where the outdoor unit can breathe and be reached for service.
Indoor plate levelled, wall core drilled with a slight downward slope, outdoor bracket fixed and checked.
Pipes, cable and drain are routed, flared and tightened, and the pipe bundle is wrapped and secured.
A vacuum pump removes air and moisture from the pipes before any refrigerant is released.
Joints are leak-tested, the valves opened and the system run while we watch pressure and temperature.
We show you the remote functions, filter cleaning and the readings on your service note.
When an air conditioner moves, the gas is first pumped down into the outdoor unit so it is not lost. We then disconnect, cap the pipes, remove both units and the brackets, and patch the old wall opening if you want us to.
At the new location the unit is installed exactly like a new one — including a fresh vacuum and leak test. If the old pipes are too short or kinked, we tell you before reusing anything. Shifting is also a good moment for a jet-wash, since the unit is already open.
Starting price for wall-mounted split units up to 2 ton with up to 10 feet of pipe. Extra pipe, brackets and wall work are priced per metre or per item and agreed in advance. Shifting from ৳4,500.
Yes. Most of our installations are for units customers bought from a shop or online. Keep the box and accessories; we check that everything needed is included before starting.
A standard split installation takes about three to four hours. Longer pipe runs, difficult outdoor positions or concrete walls can add time, and we tell you on the survey.
Larger units should have their own circuit and breaker. We check your supply and wiring during the survey and recommend an electrician if the existing circuit is not suitable.
A correct installation protects it. Many warranties require a vacuum and leak test, which is part of every CleaniXair installation, and we note the details on your service record.
We use a dust cover on the drill, lay sheets below the work area and clean up before leaving. Some fine dust is unavoidable, but it does not stay behind.
Describe the problem on the phone and we will tell you which visit you need — and roughly what it will cost — before anyone comes out.
Jet-wash cleaning for the indoor coil, blower wheel and outdoor condenser. The fix for weak airflow, musty smells and dripping water.
A full check-up: filters, coil, drain, electrical connections, fan motors and gas pressure — with the readings written down.
Not cooling, tripping, leaking or noisy? We find the cause first, explain it in plain words and repair with matching parts.
Leak check before charging, the correct refrigerant type and pressure-matched filling — never a blind top-up.
