Not cooling, leaking, tripping the breaker or making a new noise? We find the actual cause, explain it in plain words and give you a price before any part is changed.
Low gas, a failed capacitor, a dirty coil or a stuck compressor relay are the usual suspects.
Blocked drains, a cracked drain pan or a unit mounted out of level.
Loose panels, worn fan bearings or a blade touching the housing.
Supply faults, blown fuses on the board, failed sensors or remote issues.
Short circuits, a failing compressor or undersized wiring.
Restricted airflow or low refrigerant causing the coil to freeze.
We read the code, check the matching component and confirm before replacing it.
The unit starts and stops every few minutes — often a sensor or gas problem.
A seized motor or failed capacitor that will overheat the compressor if ignored.
You tell us what changed and when. Small details — a smell, a time of day, a noise — narrow the search quickly.
Gauges, a clamp meter and a thermometer show what the system is actually doing, not what it looks like.
We show you the faulty part or reading, give you a fixed price for the repair and wait for your decision.
The repair is done with matching parts, the unit is run under load and the result is written on your service note.
Most AC faults are worth repairing. Capacitors, fan motors, sensors, drain parts and small leaks are inexpensive compared with a new unit. But when a compressor fails on an old non-inverter unit, or the coil has corroded through in several places, the repair can cost a large share of a replacement.
In those cases we give you both numbers side by side — repair cost, likely remaining life and the price of a suitable new unit — and let you decide. We do not push replacements, and we never replace a part without showing you why.
Most repair calls are attended the same or next day, depending on the time you call and how many breakdowns are already booked. Call rather than using the form if the unit has stopped completely.
The ৳500 visit charge covers travel and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, it is deducted from the repair price, so you only pay it on its own if you decide not to repair.
Technicians carry common parts such as capacitors, contactors, fuses, drain fittings and sensors. Brand-specific boards and motors are ordered and fitted on a second visit.
Parts we supply and fit carry a 90-day guarantee, and our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days. If the same fault returns in that time, we come back at no charge.
We repair the common split and window AC brands sold for homes and offices. If a part is no longer available for an older model, we tell you up front.
Describe the problem on the phone and we will tell you which visit you need — and roughly what it will cost — before anyone comes out.
Jet-wash cleaning for the indoor coil, blower wheel and outdoor condenser. The fix for weak airflow, musty smells and dripping water.
A full check-up: filters, coil, drain, electrical connections, fan motors and gas pressure — with the readings written down.
New units and shifting jobs fitted level, vacuumed, leak-tested and sealed so the system runs the way the maker intended.
Leak check before charging, the correct refrigerant type and pressure-matched filling — never a blind top-up.
