Cleaning restores airflow. Servicing goes further and tells you how the whole system is doing. Alongside the filter wash and coil clean, our technicians read the refrigerant pressure, measure the current drawn by the compressor and fan motors, test the capacitor, tighten loose terminals and check the drain and insulation.
Those readings matter. A compressor that is drawing too much current, a capacitor that has lost half its value or a slow refrigerant leak will all keep an AC running for a while — until they do not. Spotting them at a routine visit costs far less than a breakdown in the middle of a heatwave.
